This Course teaches practically the art and science of developing a business plan for personally generated ideas. Students will learn how to structurally think through an idea and present it in a way that is acceptable. You will learn the importance of business planning at different stages of the business from early, growth and scale stages.

The Business Model Canvas (BMC) is used as the initial planning tool. After effectively developing the BMC, it will be scaled into a business plan subsequently.

The lectures are designed to give an overview of key concepts, theories, and practice of completing a business model canvas for your idea. A recorded video is provided which is rich in practical business examples as case studies. Subsequently, a live webinar will be hosted where the process of developing a full business plan is discussed, leveraging on the already developed BMC.

A template will be provided to be populated for the business plan, both for the writing portion and the financial projection

You will be issued a certificate once you complete all modules in this course. Your certificate can be downloaded from your account page. Note that your certificate is proof that you completed each module.
